About This Blog:

The primary purpose of this blog is to showcase the best of my aviation photography. As such, you will find links to my main aviation gallery on Facebook containing photos from aircraft spotting, some kind of aviation event such as air shows and fly-in events, as well as aviation museums. I also critique my flights on commercial airlines and the services they provide. Occassionally, you'll find personally written, independent articles based on news and current events involving aviation. And of course, I'll put up links to official and unofficial aviation-related websites when I find them. And when time permits, I'll talk and discuss about anything involving aviation. But most importantly, this is my way to document my journey into the aviation industry!

Gallery Update: One Last Time at Provo

I will be departing Provo for a while pretty soon. I braved the heat on one of the hottest days I've had here and made one last spotting trip out to the Provo Airport because (you guessed it!) another Allegiant Airbus A320 that I haven't photographed yet popped up.

Preview:

Saint Vincents Healthcare Beechcraft B200 Super King Air (N912SV) on short final for 13 arriving as MEDEVAC912SV from Billings.

Allegiant Air Airbus A320-214 (N219NV) on short final for 13 arriving as AAY255 from Los Angeles. The paint on this frame has certainly seen better days and definitely in need of a fresh coat!

First delivered to Iberia as EC-HHC in July 2000. It was re-registered as EC-HSF in January 2001 until withdrawal from fleet in September 2012. During its time with Iberia, the airframe was nicknamed "Mar Menor." Acquired by Allegiant in June 2013. This was the very first A320 delivered to Allegiant Air.
