Double Flight Critique: Japan Airlines Flight 001 (SFO-NRT) & Japan Airlines Flight 53 (NRT-NGO)

Flight 001 (SFO-NRT)
1.) Aircraft: Boeing 777-300/ER

2.) Duration: 10 hours approximately

3.) First impressions: excellant service! 2 meal services, in-flight entertainment system.

4.) Flight delayed due to landing gear problems.

5.) Certain areas in flight with rough turbulence.

6.) Overall, great flight, excellant services for the first JAL and Boeing 777 flight.

Japan Airlines Boeing 777-346/ER (JA738J), the aircraft used for Flight 001 from San Francisco to Tokyo-Narita.

Flight 53 (NRT-NGO)
1.) Aircraft: Boeing 777-300/ER

2.) Duration: 1 hour approximately

3.) Late departure

4.) Economy Premium Class, complimentary drink services

5.) Smooth flight overall, a little bumpy at take-off and landing.

6.) For the use of a large aircraft for domestic services, decently comfortable flight

NOTE: This flight was a One World Alliance code-share with American Airlines.

Flight Critique: SkyWest Airlines (d/b/a Delta Connection) Flight 4506 (SLC-SFO)

1.) Aircraft: Bombardier CRJ-900

2.) Duration 1 hour, 30 minutes

3.) Complimentary snack and drink services provided

4.) Overall, smooth and decent flight for a regional carrier (considering I'm not really fond of Delta's customer service quality.)
